Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR expert to join our team as a fractional HR partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced HR professional to leverage their skills across multiple organizations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and implementing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving HR best practices.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes: Create and implement HR frameworks aligned with startup growth strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding, and manage talent strategy to scale the workforce while maintaining startup agility.
  • Employee Engagement and Performance Management: Design initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, set up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Compliance and Payroll Management: Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements, oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule

This is a part-time consulting role requiring a commitment of up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
