Embedded Systems Lead

We're seeking an experienced Engineering professional to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and implementing embedded system solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
