The Head of Engineering will own the technical vision and architecture of AI-driven marketing automation platforms, building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrated with APIs of platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, etc.

Evaluate and implement ML/AI models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction, driving product ideation with the CEO and Product teams, especially in campaign automation, predictive optimization, and real-time analytics.

Prioritize features, experiments, and iterations to deliver impact at speed, recruit, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams: engineers, AI/ML experts, DevOps, and QA, instill a strong culture of execution, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

Lead the integration with ad platforms (Google Ads API, Meta Ads API, etc.) and ensure compliance with their policies and data protocols, design systems to collect, clean, and process large-scale media and performance data in real time.
