  • Collaborate closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security best practices.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • 5-15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software startups.
  • A proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills in building and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
