  • Develop business cases for new product innovations and improvements, translating R&D outcomes into commercially viable offerings.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the R&D team, overseeing new product development, formulation improvements, prototyping, and testing, and ensuring IP strategy aligns with research outputs.
  • Monitor R&D budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, staying up to date with scientific, technological, and market trends, and ensuring all R&D activities comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
