Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related role (internship/project experience acceptable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in business analysis and project management domains.
