About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a dynamic IT Consulting start-up in Noida. This role is critical to driving end-to-end functional delivery across enterprise platforms, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Product Information Management (PIM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring smooth delivery of enterprise-level transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and working sessions to capture and clarify requirements.

- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and document process flows, gap analysis, and change impact assessments across enterprise systems.

- Partner with solution architects and cross-functional teams to support solution design and sprint execution.

- Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet functional and business expectations.

- Maintain backlog management using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.

- Provide ongoing support during deployment and adoption phases to ensure smooth change management.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in enterprise IT environments.

- Hands-on expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), PIM, or DAM systems, preferably Salesforce CDP, Pimcore, Akeneo, or Adobe Assets.

- Proven experience across end-to-end project lifecyclesrequirements gathering, backlog management, process modeling, solution validation, and UAT.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with practical experience in sprint planning and execution.

- Proficiency in BA & collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication and documentation abilities with attention to detail.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in a start-up or consulting environment with exposure to multi-project handling.

- Familiarity with data governance and enterprise information management frameworks.

- Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
