About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team.

This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cross-platform solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify workflow and business process requirements, documenting end-to-end solutions including approvals, testing, and training.

- Conduct business process evaluations by engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

- Research alternatives, prepare business cases, present recommendations, and drive solution implementation across functions.

- Create reports, analyse data, and provide insights and trends to business partners and management.

- Troubleshoot complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.

- Mentor junior Business Analysts and monitor project status to ensure deliverables are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business processes across multiple functional areas.

- Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

- 5+ years of directly related Business Analyst experience.

- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master exposure is a plus.

- Prior experience on large-scale websites and back-end services.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
