Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the development of our mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and translating them into clear technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Conduct user interviews and workshops to understand user needs and pain points.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system flowcharts.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mind maps to visualize application functionality.

Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure requirements are effectively translated into working solutions.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.

Identify and document potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and mind mapping tools (a plus).

Understanding of Agile development methodologies (a plus).

Knowledge of mobile and web development principles (a plus).
