Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director - Growth to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives and drive business expansion.

  • The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term growth.
  • Key responsibilities include managing e-commerce platform ads, scaling affiliate and partner networks, growing organic & owned channels, building influencer fleets, and driving ATL/BTL/TTL campaigns.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a proven track record of success in marketing leadership positions at consumer brands with significant revenue scale. Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing and attribution is essential.

Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing leadership at strong consumer brands with ₹100 Cr+ annual revenue scale.
  • Proven success scaling acquisition with ₹50 Cr+ annual marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
