Engineering Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead the development of new products and scale existing ones for the fast-growing Indian market.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of relevant engineering experience and 4+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software design and coding in Java or C++.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of management experience in building small to medium-sized teams, demonstrating growth and successful deliveries.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing production-grade systems.
