Quality Engineering Director

As a Senior Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of supplier quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage comprehensive supplier quality plans, policies, and risk management processes.
- Lead supplier qualification, selection, and approval processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular supplier audits, assessments, and performance reviews to guarantee adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Monitor supplier key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
- Support new product development by ensuring supplier capability for components and services.
- Manage supplier change control processes and assess the impact on product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Strong expertise in supplier quality management, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 regulations.
- Proficiency in risk management, root cause analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead supplier development programs and strategic quality initiatives.
- Experience working in global supply chain management and multicultural environments.
