Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying issues, and collaborating with the production team to improve quality management processes. The Quality Engineer will also be tasked with documenting quality assurance activities and reporting on quality performance.

Qualifications

  • Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in Product Quality and Quality Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance
