Job Title: Ad Yield Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ad Yield Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing publisher relationships and optimizing ad revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage publisher profit/loss, communicate effectively with publishers and internal departments, and ensure optimal ad requests and inventory settings.
  • Work with our development team to resolve technical issues and improve publisher releases.
  • Provide recommendations on publisher ad layouts to maximize ad yield and publisher KPIs.
  • Monitor ad yield based on demand source by inventory/product.
  • Analyze partner and publisher performance and revenue streams to optimize partner set-ups and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Proficient in DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) and SSP system settings to ensure optimal yield setup, SSP block list, and flooring.
  • Generate weekly KPIs, block list reporting, and partner billing and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, adaptable, resourceful, and industry knowledge skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence, with an MBA or Master's degree being a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, with expertise in DFP, SSP UI/Applications, Header Bidding Ad Tech, team management, relationship management, and BI tools such as SQL, Visual Tool, and Tableau.
