Process Optimization Specialist

Job Description
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance, to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
