Enhance operational excellence by joining our Business Operations team as a key Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will drive business functions – Software & Partnerships – forward by ensuring data accuracy and providing critical insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain and update the real-time dashboard with accurate pipeline data
  • Maintain and update the real-time dashboard by ensuring timely feeding of pipeline data
  • Marketing Management:
  • Lead marketing initiatives for both software and partnerships functions
  • Work on campaign documentation and database management
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Develop multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for various functions
  • Prepare periodic board decks
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
  • Streamline processes to optimize operational efficiency
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement them
  • Manage lead funnels and track weekly recommendations
  • Coordinate with HQ on various scheduled and ad-hoc reports, initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
