Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of time-to-payroll across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Act as a liaison between timekeeping and payroll operations, identifying and resolving issues that impact payroll accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local labor laws and internal policies related to time tracking, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
Key Skills:
  • Deep understanding of how hourly and salaried employees use timesheets in various countries.
  • Knowledge of how timesheets capture both attendance and absence data.
  • Familiarity with how timesheets are linked to employee schedules and how exceptions are tracked.
  • Understanding of the flow of time data into payroll systems.
  • Ability to identify anomalies such as zero hours, unusually low or high hours, and missing entries.
  • Proficient in running system reports to assess time data quality.
  • Detects and investigates data inconsistencies before payroll processing.
  • Uses historical trends to validate time data and flag potential issues.
