Workforce Manager Role

Job Overview:

The Workforce Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by effectively managing employee schedules, adherence to those schedules, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic workforce plans based on forecasted workloads, service level targets, and productivity requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and manage employee adherence to assigned schedules, ensuring seamless integration with operational goals.
  • Track attendance, breaks, lunch hours, and time-off requests to guarantee compliance with established schedules and labor regulations.
  • Closely monitor real-time performance metrics, including service levels, average handle times, and agent availability, to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with WFM Analysts in analyzing historical data, performance metrics, and workforce patterns to identify areas for schedule optimization and process improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights, as well as propose corrective actions on key workforce metrics, schedule adherence, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, regulations, company policies, internal and external standards (or a combination of the above), depending on each department's specific requirements.
