**Job Title:** Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling employee life cycle management, onboarding, induction, and HR operations for organizations with 5000+ employees.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  • Drive compliance with statutory regulations and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • 8+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in induction, onboarding, employee database management, and employee ID processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, operational frameworks, and analytical skills.
