Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations management, reporting, and payroll administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Source, select, and hire the best talent for various roles within our organization.
  • Training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Employee Relations Management: Foster positive relationships between employees and the organization, handling conflicts and grievances professionally.
  • Reporting/MIS and Employment Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in conflict resolution and people management.
