Job Title: Assistant Manager - Workforce Scheduling

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of efficient workforce schedules, ensuring optimal service levels and adherence to productivity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted workloads, service level targets, and productivity requirements.
  • Monitor and manage employee adherence to assigned schedules, tracking attendance, breaks, lunch hours, and time-off requests.
  • Continually monitor real-time performance metrics, such as service levels, average handle times, and agent availability, making timely adjustments to schedules or resource allocation as needed.
  • Collaborate with WFM Analyst in analyzing historical data, performance metrics, and workforce patterns to identify areas for schedule optimization, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on key workforce metrics, schedule adherence, and performance indicators, updating internal/external reports and tools as necessary.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with workforce management software and tools, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
