Academic Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students through the academic process, helping them to make informed decisions about their education and career goals.

About the Role:

As an Academic Advisor, you will:

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective students to ensure they have all the information needed to make an informed decision about enrolling in our courses.

  • Organize webinars and counseling sessions to promote our courses and provide guidance to students on how to succeed in their academic pursuits.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to promote our courses and provide value to students.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to drive lead generation initiatives and promote our courses to potential students.

  • Assist in resolving student queries related to admissions and provide support to students throughout the application process.

  • Monitor and track application statuses to ensure timely follow-ups with students and stakeholders.

  • Support students in preparing for entrance tests and interviews by providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education, Counseling or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of education and training industries.
