We are seeking a Senior Associate Counselor to guide students through their higher education journey. You will counsel prospective learners on our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs, such as BBA and MBA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and chats on degree programs from reputed universities.
  • Understand each student's academic background, career aspirations, and challenges to provide tailored program recommendations.
  • Drive enrollments by building rapport, addressing objections, and guiding students through the complete admission process.
  • Maintain a student-first approach to ensure a smooth and positive counseling experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and university offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets through structured follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Stay updated on degree program details, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech or higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and counseling abilities with the power to influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a student-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of leads and close enrollments efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software will be an added advantage.
