Higher Education Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Higher Education Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions processes, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make informed decisions regarding student admissions, ensuring compliance with partner university selection criteria and delegated decision-making authority
  2. Input admissions decisions into the relevant system and issue offer letters to applicants
  3. Liaise directly with prospective students to identify and follow up on missing or additional information
  4. Maintain accurate records to ensure exemplary data quality, particularly for applicants requiring a CAS under UKVI regulations
  5. Handle enquiries and manage cases within established service level agreements
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in a higher education institution, preferably involving admissions decision-making and familiarity with main clearing houses or university administration
  2. A good understanding of the Indian examination system and academic frameworks
  3. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet established deadlines consistently
  4. A confident and professional telephone manner when interacting with applicants and stakeholders
  5. Strong communication skills, with an excellent standard of spoken and written English
  6. A positive attitude with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability
  7. The ability to perform under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain accuracy
  8. High personal standards, with honesty, integrity, and a conscientious approach to work
