Job Overview

The Customer Engagement Manager is a pivotal role that oversees and optimizes the LeadSquared CRM system to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and business expansion.

This individual will act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and support teams, ensuring effective use of the CRM, maintaining data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM campaigns, lead routing, and customer interaction strategies to achieve business objectives.

Training & Support

  • Provide training sessions and offer ongoing troubleshooting and technical assistance to internal users on best practices for using LeadSquared.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor CRM performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, retention rates, email open rates, and customer lifetime value to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure CRM operations comply with industry regulations and security best practices to safeguard sensitive customer information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, workflow automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills.
