Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a key Knowledge Management SME across regions
- Executing access request for MarketHub
- Providing utilisation and coverage metrics reports for action
- Orchestrating Sample QA
- Providing aging metrics and driving the update of aged documentation
- Maintaining alignment with central Capco taxonomy and enhancing MarketHub specific one as it evolves
- Driving the creation and update of good quality Sales Enablement owned collateral
- Maintaining MarketHub structure and data quality
- Setting and maintaining naming conventions standards
- Driving the expansion of the MarketHub
