Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Pyramid Consulting, Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for various Healthcare clients in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for Healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in the USA market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of job openings.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to share best practices and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting across different domains.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, reports, and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruiting for multiple domains, including Healthcare, in the USA.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other job boards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse industries and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and visa types (H1B, GC, TN, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
