Healthcare HR Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate HR professional with a background in healthcare to take on a dual role at Ed2Careers. This person will be responsible for both external recruitment (overseas care assistants) and internal HR functions for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Recruitment:
- Source potential candidates for overseas care assistant roles through various channels.
- Conduct qualifying interviews to assess candidate suitability based on experience, qualifications, and values.
- Make final candidate selections for each cohort.
- Candidate Support and Development:
- Assist candidates with CV improvements and intro video preparations, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates during the application and onboarding process.
- Oversee and monitor the soft skills training and e-learning conducted by the UK team, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Internal HR Functions:
- Lead the internal hiring process, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for the team.
- Develop and manage onboarding materials (decks, guides, NDAs, equipment forms) and update all materials as the business develops.
- Conducting inductions for new joinees to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sectors.
- Proven ability to hire and manage candidates in both recruitment and internal HR capacities.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, honest, and responsible in all interactions with candidates and employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in HR tools and software.
