Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate HR professional with a background in healthcare to take on a dual role. This person will be responsible for both external recruitment (overseas care assistants) and internal HR functions for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the external recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates for overseas care assistant roles and conducting qualifying interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist candidates with CV improvements and intro video preparations, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates during the application and onboarding process.
  • Oversee and monitor soft skills training and e-learning conducted by the UK team, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Lead the internal hiring process, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates for the team.
  • Develop and manage onboarding materials and conduct inductions for new joinees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Monitor attendance, time sheets, and salary payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Handle appraisals, performance reviews, and promotions, working closely with team leads.
  • Maintain employee records and files, and keep track of company devices, ensuring they are properly assigned, maintained, and returned when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sectors.
  • Proven ability to hire and manage candidates in both recruitment and internal HR capacities.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, honest, and responsible in all interactions with candidates and employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in HR tools and software.
