Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary, secondary, and tertiary support for cloud-based collaboration services.
  • Manage user access requests, feature activation, new site creation, and content visibility issues for SharePoint Online.
  • Address cloud-based teamwork platform access issues, external user participation, and channel access.
  • Handle synchronization-related issues, permissions management, and data access-related issues for OneDrive.
  • Resolve application configuration issues, access issues, and manage connector issues for data services.
  • Provide support for various Office 365 applications.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security protocols, including Azure Information Protection, Advanced Threat Protection, and Exchange Online Protection.
  • Set up directory synchronization to sync on-premise AD with cloud directory and troubleshoot directory synchronization errors.
  • Create and manage environments for workflow automation tools, including data loss prevention policies and data gateways.
  • Enable/disable access for video streaming services and manage custom permission sets for specific video streams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-6 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on collaboration tools and services.
  • Strong analytical, design, testing, documentation, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in resolving medium-high complexity items.
  • Ability to support multiple complex IT services/processes across various functional areas and locations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration services, SharePoint Online, cloud-based teamwork platforms, OneDrive, and other Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud security protocols and directory synchronization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information

  • Support multiple countries/locations.
  • Rotating on-call for operational issues.
