Senior Client Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Expert to play a pivotal role in our team. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guaranteeing smooth communication and timely deliverables.
- Supporting the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Providing exceptional client service, handling meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Working collaboratively to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events, preferably with agency exposure.
- Strong understanding of event management and production is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
- Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
