Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive results-oriented campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate from any discipline
  • Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media are an added advantage
  • 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an Advertising agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energy and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
  • Able to think out of the box and eager to learn new things
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and updated knowledge of the field
