Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Korean language.

This role requires the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide timely resolutions to customer issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring high-quality service and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process customer transactions, orders, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken & written) – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
