Role Overview

We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Specialist at Pibit, you'll be an early member of the sales team, working closely with the founder and responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered underwriting solutions to key decision-makers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities: Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors.
  • Drive the US Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Pibit's AI solutions can address them.
  • Lead the sales cycle: From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting, and insurance to position Pibit as a market leader.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, or the insurance industry.
  • Track record of success: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Relationship builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated: Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
