Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in SaaS companies to drive the development and success of our autonomous AI agents. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet market needs and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for autonomous AI agents, aligning with Lyzr's overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities and define product positioning to meet customer needs.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive product development.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Develop user personas and use cases to guide product features and functionality.
- Feature Definition: Write detailed product requirements and user stories. Work with design and engineering teams to translate these into actionable plans and ensure that features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product messaging, training materials, and promotional activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS companies, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and AI technologies. Experience working with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive projects to completion, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
