Role Overview

Pibit is a leading insurtech startup revolutionizing the underwriting landscape with cutting-edge Generative AI. We're seeking a seasoned Account Specialist to join our dynamic sales team and drive growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the US underwriting sector.
  2. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through in-depth understanding of their needs and demonstrating how Pibit's AI solutions address them.
  3. Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing the deal, including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends by keeping up-to-date with AI, underwriting, and insurance developments to position Pibit as a market leader.
  6. Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the US.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI or the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with AI technology and able to articulate the value of Pibit's solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
