Enterprise AI Sales Development Representative

Drive Metrum AI's growth by identifying and cultivating high-value opportunities in the North American market. As the initial point of contact for potential enterprise clients, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our business reach and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
Your Impact- Uncover and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities, directly contributing to our company's revenue growth
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize and generate value for both existing and potential customers
- Partner with Marketing to optimize outbound campaigns and increase lead volume
- Consistently exceed quota targets for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
- Execute high-velocity, multi-channel outreach with strategic and personalized messaging
- Conduct thorough research on target companies to identify opportunities and tailor your approach
- Utilize proven prospecting techniques to engage decision-makers at enterprise organizations
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Track and report on key performance metrics and progress towards goals
- Business Management degree and equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience selling to enterprise-level accounts
- Knowledge of or passion for Artificial Intelligence
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and selling strategies
