How We Work:

We create personalized job descriptions, post them on 100s of job platforms, and fetch profiles from internal talent pools like ATS, career pages, and emails. We also outreach to passive candidates, screen, assess, and interview professionals in real-time. This results in 80% reduced costs, time, and at least 50% better accuracy, leading to significantly improved hiring efficiency and better business outcomes.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in a fulfilling career in SaaS sales, with ample opportunities for growth in our rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or lead database.
  2. Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
  3. Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and close sales.
  4. Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets to contribute to overall sales goals.
  5. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
  7. Handle customer objections and provide information to address concerns.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  9. Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and social media.
  10. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and proposing suitable HR Tech solutions.
  11. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  4. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
