
Client Service Specialist

This is a key role for individuals who enjoy interacting with clients and providing quality customer service. The Project Coordinator will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their issues
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our software and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zendesk, Userpilot, or similar ticketing systems
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or similar productivity tools
