
Client Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Act as the main liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Implementation and Onboarding: Assist in implementing new clients and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management and clients.
- Training and Development: Conduct client training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding and utilization of our offerings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer support or client services.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure or when unexpected issues arise.
- Tech Savviness: Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible with timings as per business requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
