Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer support or client services.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure or when unexpected issues arise.
  • Tech Savviness: Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible with timings as per business requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
