Lead Quality Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous process improvement for Transaction Quality and Delivery.
  • Manage Call Quality & Client related KPI's effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of TQ interventions.
  • Strengthen Quality Management Processes to enhance quality delivery.
  • Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, report to clients, and customize processes to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and implement innovative process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Process control & Compliance, manage Audit requirements, and provide feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams.
  • Provide quality floor support, feedback, and refresher training.
  • Support Quality and Compliance teams in audits and follow-ups based on observations.
  • Run FMEA and compliance audits and health checks.
