Job Overview
As a valuable member of our organization's business division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients while driving team revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery to meet client expectations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client research needs and objectives.
- Design and develop research instruments, such as screener questions, discussion guides, and research stimuli materials.
- Train data collection teams and conduct qualitative research methods, including In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and Ethnographies.
- Monitor data collection and implement quality controls to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Identify issues and provide actionable solutions to data collection teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Analyze qualitative data and present insights to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
Client Servicing:
- Manage all client communication efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Provide market information and insights to clients to enhance their understanding of local markets.
- Proactively discuss project issues and offer actionable solutions to clients.
- Attend client field visits and ensure smooth project operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong inter-team management skills to lead and motivate team members.
- Able to derive qualitative insights and construct engaging research reports to present to clients.
- Willinngness to travel across locations for project management and client visits.
- Experience servicing international clients is highly valued.
