As a seasoned financial professional, we seek an accomplished Financial Servicing Specialist to join our Lending Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation, ensuring timely and accurate entry of borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc., into the system of record.
  • Interpret complex loan structures and documentation, including large, syndicated transactions.
  • Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation (Credit Agreement, Note, etc.) into the system of record.
  • Collaborate with clients on servicing-related activities for direct/bilateral/syndicated loan portfolios, including advances, payments, rate changes, and system posting.
  • Monitor and perform system input for timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes as directed by the agent bank (in case of syndicated loans).
  • Resolve issues within the portfolio in collaboration with the agent bank.
  • Perform analysis and system input required for daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients.
  • Review and balance daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing.
  • Determine necessary monetary and system maintenance required for resolution of exception reports.
  • Conduct research and analyze loan documentation to respond to client inquiries about loan balance, rate information, loan statement questions, advance, and payment inquiries.
