Job Title: Branch Operations Director

Department: Sales, Business Development and Team Leadership

Reporting to: Senior Management or Executive Leadership

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth Strategy
    • Develop and implement business development plans to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across financial products.
    • Collaborate with teams to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  • Branch Operations Excellence
    • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk guidelines.
    • Monitor operational efficiency and address process gaps proactively.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers and branch staff.
    • Set performance goals, conduct reviews and ensure continuous learning through training.
    • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture focused on results.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and retail clients.
    • Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice and superior client service.
    • Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis & Advisory Support
    • Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic outlook and corporate developments.
    • Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
    • Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
    • Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the financial markets industry.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
