Job Title: Sales Closure Expert


As a Sales Closure Expert, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by ensuring the smooth execution of sales closures. This involves serving as the final point of contact for clients and site-level closure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-intent leads to facilitate closure, updating them on lead status and documentation.
  • Conduct project walkthroughs, handle negotiations, and ensure deal closure with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal, CRM, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
  • Coordinate team activities, walk-ins, and closure progress with the Site Head/Manager.
  • Train the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates to enhance their performance.
  • Track and report team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion percentage, time-to-acceptance (TAT) for documentation.
