Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

  • Financial Reporting:

Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS.

Month-End Closure:

Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.

Revenue and Expense Management:

Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.

GST Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Reconciliation:

Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Audit Support:

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • Experienced in Team management
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS is essential.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
