Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with customers, staying abreast of their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and surpass revenue goals, driving business expansion through strategic partnerships and product offerings.
  • Product Expertise: Stay current with MyOperator's innovative solutions, utilizing this knowledge to educate customers and drive sales growth.
  • CXO Interaction: Engage in effective discussions with CXOs and key decision-makers to influence their adoption of MyOperator solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is highly valued.
  • Experience: Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the SAAS or allied industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Business Acumen: Exhibit strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Independence: Show self-motivation, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • CRM Proficiency: Possess proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales productivity software.
  • Market Knowledge: Have knowledge of the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and optimize team performance.
