We have recently expanded our offerings to include WhatsApp Business Solutions and launched Heyo Phone, a conversation app designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, particularly in startups. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product development.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in a funded startup, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
