Business Development Manager

Job SummaryAs a seasoned Account Manager, you will develop long-term trusting customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and identify new sales opportunities. Your expertise will drive sales volumes and ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee sales volumes to meet budget targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer matters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Forecast and track key accounts, sales, business metrics, and projects.
- Build a concrete business opportunity pipeline with specific volume and margin.
- Generate leads and manage opportunities with new customers.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and network.
- Collaborate with sales technology and operation teams.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with a mix of technical and commercial experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to details.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with internal and external customers.
- Disciplined, result-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver on established goals.
- Able to travel up to 50% or more.
