Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the MEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributor partners to ensure effective sales and distribution strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
Education

An undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering, with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) - Sales & Marketing.
